Adding a link to your article/web page
This is for internal links, if you wish to link to a site out side of you own, simply copy the entire link, i.e. http://www.jewelerssites.com and paste into the box in step 4 below.
To add a menu item and a new page
Add this code into the popup box with copy (highlight then crtl + C) and paste (click mouse in the popup box, press ctrl + v)

You now have a menu button and a new page that it links to.
All that is left is to use article manage and add content.
