Manually Setting up Outlook
To set up your email account, follow these steps;
1. Log into you cPanel with the user name and password assigned to your account. (www.yoursitename.com/cpanel) select "Email Accounts"
2. Watch the Video Tutorial to learn how to set up your accounts.

3. You may let cPanel automatically set up your email account for Outlook, Outlook Express and Mac Mail.
Select the POP3 selection (NOT the POP3 SSL)
NOTE: Many internet service providers, AT&T DSL, YAHOO, MANY T1-T4 Providers, (the company you pay for internet service) do not allow outgoing mail from your domain to alleviate spamming.
In this instance, you must manually set up your SMTP outgoing mail server in accordance with your internet service providers rules.

NOTE:
If you use Outlook or Outlook Express for email
at a location other than your office, i.e. home, etc, I highly
recomend that you go to “Tools, Accounts or Account Settings” select
the email account and under the Advanced tab select to “Leave
a copy of the message on the server” as shown below so that
when you check email at the store it will still be there to
download.
